Depending upon market conditions, our fee - which is equal to one months rent - can be negotiated between the
tenant and the landlord. To process your rental application, we require a deposit (refundable) equal to one
months rent, plus a $10 charge for a mandatory credit check per every person on the lease. You may view the
results of the credit check, but the results ultimately remain in our files. To help you establish the
beginnings of a positive relationship with your landlord, we also require 2 references, the names and
addresses of your last 2 landlords, and the place and dates of your current employment. We may also request
additional information.
